Sweep-along-a-path Challenges
Create the coffee cup by sketching the cup profile from revolving it 360° to form the main body. Apply the 2 mm wall thickness and add the internal radii.
Model the handle by sketching its cross‑section (from Section B‑B) and sweeping it along the curved path defined in the elevation.
Ensure the handle is centred correctly on the cup wall and blends smoothly into the body with the R2 fillets.
Learning Intentions
Use Revolve to create hollow vessels with controlled wall thickness.
Use Sweep-along-a-path to form a curved handle with a defined profile.
Combine revolve, shell, fillets, and sweep in a single part.
Success Criteria
Cup body matches Ø90/Ø82 geometry and internal radii.
Wall thickness is uniform.
Handle sweep follows the correct curved path and sits centred on the cup.
R2 fillets and all dimensions match Sections A‑A and B‑B.
