Model the G‑Clamp screw and body using ACME thread geometry. Create the male ACME thread on the screw shaft, using the correct trapezoidal thread profile from Detail F.
Create the female ACME thread inside the clamp body using the matching internal profile from Detail E.
Ensure both threads align correctly so the screw engages smoothly.
