Sweep-along-a-path Challenges
Create the whisk by sketching the wire profile and sweep it along path. After completing one wire, use a radial array around the central axis to create the remaining wires.
Learning Intentions
Use the Sweep-along-a-path tool to extrude a thin profile along a curved path.
Control path curvature using radii and sectional views.
Apply radial array to replicate swept features.
Combine sweep, pattern, fillets, and handle geometry.
Success Criteria
Wire sweep follows the curved path cleanly.
Circular pattern uses correct spacing (PCD10).
Chamfers (4×45°) and fillets (R7, R8, R20) match the drawing.
Final whisk aligns with all views and sections.
